We had 22 construction volunteers, 3 office volunteers and 2 lunch volunteers today working on house #120, 3920 and #121, 3922 Sundown Trail. This morning the weather was threatening to rain when we started but we ended up with a day of perfect habitat weather.
On house #120 the cabinets and the counter top are in, we still have to install the back splash and cut the hole for the sink and the kitchen will be done. The bathroom vanity and towel racks are installed, the floor trim is just about finished and outside the fencing has been started. The house is just about ready for the electricians and plumbers to top out their installs.
On house #121 we concentrated our efforts on #120 but got a few things done. We checked the fit for the vanity and installed the HVAC lines, and installed the construction locks.
Lunch was provided by Granbury First United Methodist Church.
