#121 3922 Sundown Trail, Raychel
We had 24 construction volunteers, 5 office volunteers and 1 lunch volunteer today working on house #120, 3920 and #121, 3922 Sundown Trail.
On house #120 We have power in the house, the meter has been installed and power lines connected to the pole. The plumbers and the electricians have been in and finished their installs, their only remaining item is connecting the water heater, it is installed but not hooked up. We did a needed clean up and sweep out of the house, we installed the remaining blinds, door stops, and cabinet knobs. The shed crew were busy in the warehouse getting the shed ready to build and bring down to the house.
On house #121 On the inside the plumbers have done the rough in and the electricians will be there before the end of the week. We finished the tub install and prepped the walls for the tub surround. On the outside we caulked the trim and siding and just about finished the first coat of paint, we installed the roof jacks for the vent lines, and we cleaned up the outside removing unused lumber and siding. A crew was busy at the warehouse continuing prepping the AC plenums and also brought down the AC unit and place it in the attic.
Lunch was provided by the Women's Service League of the Salvation Army.
