#121 3922 Sundown Trail, Raychel
We had 16 construction volunteers, 3 office volunteers and 1 lunch volunteer today.
On house #121 the rain has come again. The grass has arrived but the ground was to wet to put the grass down. That also means we weren't able to do any outside work. We did bring a load of brush and limbs to the County brush yard.
On the inside we swept and cleaned floors and brought down and installed all the appliances. We finished the trim around the bathroom vanity. As we were leaving our A/C contractor was pulling up so yes we do have A/C now. The house is looking ready to move in.
Lunch was provided by Habitat for Humanity Volunteers Bob Miller, Richard Ferry and John Taylor. Thank you for a delicious lunch.
See you Saturday at 8:30!
We will work a half day in the morning then have lunch and dedicate Raychel's house at 12:30.
Saturday is our last build day for the year.
Our next build date will be Wednesday September 3, 2025.
I hope everyone one has a good summer and I would like to thank all our volunteers for all the work and time everyone put in. We were able to complete one house and build 3 additional houses this year!
