20 volunteers (including 2 homeowners and 3 office workers) installed joists, cut rafters, marked locations for brackets and ledger board, and relocated stacks of lumber at 3414. Next workday will involve rat runs, hog backs, and scaffolding(sounds like a fun BBQ).
