#114 4002 Sundown Trail
19 volunteers (including 6 home owners, plus celebrating kids) raised the first wall on Chuy & Deysi’s new home. We also hauled all of the prebuild items to the site, raised all of the exterior walls, repaired dirt work, installed about half of the top/top plate, and finished cutting and marking the interior walls. We had the welcome addition of a new, very talented worker, Don today. Lunch was provided by Kathy and Carolyn and was a wonderful warming relief to a cool morning’s work. Our prayers went out to Ronald for a speedy recovery, Roger for regaining his strength, our families, and a lot of unspoken needs and desires.
Next Wednesday 12/21/22, Paul will lead the work day. Habitat will be off after that until Wednesday 1/04/23. Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
