23 construction volunteers joined 5 awesome office personnel and 2 lunch helpers to work on 4008 (Erik & Brittany). 4006 (Senlly) was topped out electrically by G&G.
We installed all of the scaffolding enabling us to put up the ridge, hips, and commons. Inside, we installed cleats. We also picked up flooring material from Granbury Flooring, and delivered it to our warehouse for installation on Saturday. The Seventh Day Adventist Church brought a wonderful lunch. The weather was beautiful, the lunch was great, and the volunteers couldn’t have been better.
Please keep praying for our families and all the prayer concerns mentioned in our report. Saturday, we’ll start flooring, and build roof.
Keep December 9th open for Habitat Work Day and Bill Jackson’s celebration of life at Wiley’s from 2-4 o’clock. Bill’s daughters have set it up so we can go, in our work clothes after Habitat. Instead of a service, it will be a come and go visitation with the family. Should be a great send off to a well respected friend. Hope to see you at Habitat this Saturday, December 2nd.
