#123 - 4102 Canyon Rd - Shirley
Today, 17 of our construction volunteers gathered on a (out of the ordinary) Friday to work on Shirley’s home. Our hard working, gracious volunteers, worked from 8:00 AM until 12:30 PM. It was a “short” but highly productive day! Based on the reduced hours, and odd day of the week, no lunch was provided.
Our construction folks must be part beaver! They are working hard on Shirley’s home and excellent progress continues to be made on this build. Today they worked on blocking the walls and installing the deadwood and rat runs. The home was marked for siding and the window corners were taped. But the big deal of the day? They erected ALL of the scaffolding! That’s right…The construction team, on a short workday, without lunch mind you, erected all of the scaffolding!
