It was a fine day for 22 volunteers to finish Martin & Rosa's house! The girl's soccer team from Granbury High School made short work of laying the sod and saved a lot of sore muscles on the old men. Thank you!
The weather was beautiful for the dedication, and some photos are included below.
Today's lunch was provided by the Hood County Democratic Women. It
consisted of delicious BBQ Pork on a Bun, Chips, Salad with a choice of
Dressings, and assorted Cakes & Cookies.
We
offer our sincerest thanks to all who have provided food for the
volunteers this year. Merry Christmas to each group - we look forward
to seeing you again in 2013.
