HFH of Hood County Update

26 volunteers (including 3 office workers and 2 home owners) worked on Jimmy & Maria’s home. We also had new volunteers that really did some good work. We finished installing windows, put in short joists, hall joists, attic stair and air return frames, marked scaffolding locations, cut remaining rafters, hung scaffolding supports, installed rat runs, floored the attic, and continued blocking the closets. Lunch was provided by the marvelous Judge Gwinn and her team of scrambling office workers. It was a hot, but good day. Next work day is Saturday, 10/1/22.
