On 4002, we installed blinds, John had finished putting in door knobs earlier in the week, he went on to hang blinds with Roberto, Jose helped put in the vanity, while Paul and his crew hung cabinets. Jerrod, Pat, and Richard worked on the shed, Jimmy hauled trash, and Mollie, Cindy, Deysi, and Amy fixed baseboards, and painted/hung shutters.
On 4006, we finished decking, then put synthetic felt down with metal edge to get the roof ready to shingle. Al, Larry, Louis, Thomas, Chuy, and Bob worked together. Erik, Brittany, and Jose installed a front and back door. We also marked turbine locations.
A dozen other things were accomplished, but the highlight was the lunch provided by The Ladies of Grace from Lakeside Baptist Church.
Special prayers were offered for Ronald & Glenda, Roger & Patsy, Rob, and all our listed concerns, as well as those others on our minds. We prayed for our Habitat families.
No Habitat next Saturday (5/27/23 Memorial Weekend). We will have Habitat Wednesdays (5/24 & 5/31). See you then.
