#114 4002 Sundown Trail
#115 4004 Sundown Trail
#116 4006 Sundown Trail

31 volunteers (plus 5 office workers and 1 lunch helper) worked together to continue our Habitat homes. We were fortunate to have a group of 10 volunteers from Wolf Hollow 2 (Constellation) who brought with them their skills, as well as, a great catered lunch from Grump’s

On 4002,we sided and roofed the shed, installed cabinets and countertops, and installed bathroom fixtures, the electric subcontractors showed to dig in permanent power, but left without accomplishing anything.

On 4004, Henry and his crew worked on HVAC ducts.

On 4006, we built the strongroom, positioned the turbines, and started the closet supports. We spread Bermuda seed over all 3 yards to establish cover during the growing season. Abel will build driveway forms tomorrow, and Kevin McConal will shingle 4006.

Good news tonight, Ronald made it through his surgery. He’ll be in the hospital the next 7-10 days, but the Dr is very optimistic. Thanks for your prayers. Roger visited on site today, and looked great. Remember, no Habitat this Saturday 5/27/23 because of Memorial Weekend, but yes on Wednesday 5/31/23. See you then.
