#115 4004 Sundown Trail
We had 25 construction, 4 office, and 2 lunch volunteers today. We worked on Jose & Sierra’s home painting on the exterior, installing cabinets, beginning trim installation, laying and watering grass (Chuy & Deysi let us use their water), and we located the spot for the future mailbox. We also moved the construction trailers so we can lay out the next home.
Lunch was provided by Granbury 1st Methodist Church. It was wonderful. Linda Eslick and Raphael Elizondo helped serve and clean up. We had a birthday cake for Mike Nelson (whose birthday is tomorrow). It was hot, but everyone gave it their best, and we’re all looking forward to Saturday.
Prayers were offered for Jimmy’s Dad who is recovering from influenza, Byron, and Alan (both with colds, but getting better), and our Habitat families.
