22 volunteers including Alan, who said he’ll be coming back, were led by Roger. We laid the grass (donated by Tri-Tex Grass), put up top rail on the fence, and installed the porch post on Senlly’s home. The sheet rockers were inside dry walling the place. Byron and his crew were at the warehouse building the shed. Henson’s had delivered the framing load for 4008 (Erik & Brittany’s home), so we started the prebuild by by making stud cripple pairs, and cutting door and window headers. The foundation should be plumbed and poured this week. Paul had ordered and received some new tools for us.
Lunch was provided by the Church of Christ. Personal prayers were offered by all for those in need. Jimmy was laying his Dad to rest, condolences to the family. We missed several of our regulars today and pray for them. Thanks for all you do. Next work day is Wednesday 10/11/2023
