23 volunteers (including 9 home owners) prepared Jimmy and Maria’s home (3307) for dedication by cleaning everything, including floors, installing locks, fixing blinds and septic, installing all remaining appliances, and hauling off the trash.
Volunteers worked on Chuy and Deysi’s home (4002) attaching the dead wood, installing windows, and getting ready for scaffolding.
We had a spectacular lunch from Granbury Methodist Church that led into our dedication service for 3307. Jimmy and Maria, along with their 3 daughters received the keys and a blessing from God through Father Fernando, and more prayers followed from friends and family members.
Our continued prayers go out to our people and their families and friends. Alicia, Carol, Al’s friend, our aging volunteers, and all of our home owners. A special blessing on the Domingues household.
See you next work day Wednesday 0900 1/25/23 at the warehouse. After the briefing, we’ll head to 4002 with special equipment to continue construction
